Tēnā koutou, Kia ora, Kia orana, Mālo ni, Fakaalofa lahi atu, Talofa lava, Mālō e lelei, Ni sa bula, Fakatalofa atu, Namaste – warm Pacific greetings.

Creative New Zealand is developing a new Pacific Arts Strategy and the draft strategy is now ready for your feedback.

We’ve developed the draft strategy after considering submissions on our recent discussion paper and from the talanoa at the Pacific Arts Summit in March 2018. To those of you who’ve participated so far, we appreciate all your thoughts and suggestions which have been very helpful in advancing this important work.

The draft strategy sets out the proposed direction for Creative New Zealand’s support for Pacific arts over the next five years. It also describes key priorities for action which will bring this new direction to life.

You can read the Pacific Arts Strategy Draft on our website

There are lots of ways to let us know your thoughts on the draft strategy, including through an online survey

Please make sure you get your feedback to us by 9.00 am on Monday, 13 August 2018.

We look forward to hearing from you soon. Please feel free to forward this email to anyone you think may have an interest in helping to chart the future direction of Pacific arts in New Zealand.
